Here's how to start your project...
We love fabricating custom soft furnishings for our clients and treat each job with customer satisfaction as our end goal. Clear communication is vital to our success so here's how we can get the ball rolling:
1. Email us the details of your project including measurements, and fabric info if applicable (vendor, content, repeats, etc.). If you already have home décor fabric that you wish to use (Customer’s Own Material) then we will need to see a sample of it BEFORE we give you an estimate and/or start your project. Fabric samples or memos can be dropped off or mailed to 15224 Blackrail Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832.
2. We'll send you a reply back with additional questions, a request for photos of your space, and a starting estimate, if possible, and/or time slots for a design consultation or on-site measuring appointment OR we will call you so providing a phone number is important.
3. Please note that we calendar client jobs into our queue on a first-come-first-serve basis. To be placed in our queue we will need to have a 50% deposit for the estimated cost of your job before we begin work on your project.
4. All of the fabrication we do is custom and therefore nonrefundable. Please be sure of your measurements and fabric selections BEFORE we begin your job. We also offer on-site measuring appointments if you feel more comfortable with that. Charges vary depending on distance traveled.
