We love fabricating custom soft furnishings and treat each job with your satisfaction as our end goal so clear communication is vital to our success. Here's how we can get the ball rolling:

1. Email us the details of your project including measurements and photos. Please include your phone number so we can call you if we have questions.

2. We'll send you a reply back with additional questions, a possible request for additional photos of your space, and a starting estimate, if possible. Some projects are more involved and will necessitate an in-home consultation and/or measuring visit. The cost for these visits starts at $75 and may go up depending on the time needed to measure the space, make templates, discuss fabric samples and/or hardware options, etc. All of our fabrication is custom and therefore nonrefundable so it's crucial that we have accurate measurements and fabric selections BEFORE we begin your project.

3. Please note that we calendar client jobs into our queue on a first-come-first-serve basis. To be placed in our queue we will need to have a 50% deposit for the estimated cost of your job before we begin work.

 

REGARDING FABRIC & FOAM: Please note that we have trade accounts with multiple industry vendors and can get home décor fabric, high density foam, etc. that are of a higher quality and better value than you can + we will ensure that you have the best materials for the most pleasing outcome so PLEASE ask us about materials BEFORE you head to your local JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby. 

 

For retail clients wanting to use Customer’s Own Material, we can oblige you IF it's appropriate for the end use. If you haven't purchased anything yet, we are happy to email you a fabric guide so you will know what to look for.

For designers who already have fabric, please send us the URL or information including photo, vendor, fiber content, repeats, etc.
